With a decade of experience in electoral and advocacy campaigns, Hannah understands the essential need for strategy, creativity, and collaboration at every level of a campaign. She’s led winning efforts for an array of candidates and causes, but especially relishes in assembling diverse coalition-led ballot initiative campaigns, from policy development, to ballot qualification, to winning on Election Day. In addition to her expertise on ballot initiatives, Hannah also helps candidates at all levels – from school board to Congress – develop their stories and hone their skills on the campaign trail.
Some of Hannah’s recent accomplishments include:
Uniting an eclectic coalition to win Oregon’s Measure 101 in an off-cycle statewide Special Election to protect Medicaid expansion (January, 2018)
Electing more Democratic women to the State House than ever before, leading to the first female majority caucus in Oregon history. (November, 2016)
Developing and leading the coordinated effort that resulted in a clean sweep win of progressive ballot measure campaigns and Governor's campaign, re-electing a progressive to the Oregon Governor's office.
Helping lead the diverse and successful business, labor, and nonprofit coalition that threw their support behind passing the Student Success Act (May, 2019), the largest corporate tax increase to fund schools in Oregon’s history.
Leading the Oregon House Democratic Caucus to a supermajority amidst a historically difficult election for Democrats in state chambers nationally (November, 2020.)
When she’s not working hard for her clients, Hannah can be found exploring the Pacific Northwest’s many majestic rivers, lakes and mountain ranges with her husband, friends, and dog Higgins.
